Salary £30,391
(pro-rata inclusive of OLW) + pension (6%)
Hours of work: 21 hours per week (£15,840)

Terms:    Fixed term until 31st March 2011, renewal subject to further funding

About the position

Voluntary Action is the umbrella organisation for the voluntary and community sector in Waltham Forest. We are a small and friendly organisation managing a range of projects.

We are looking for an experienced Volunteering Development Officer to:

Develop volunteering in Waltham Forest by promoting more good quality volunteering opportunities and brokering volunteers with appropriate local opportunities. And to promote good practice (including training) in working with volunteers.
