Networks : Voluntary Sector Forum : MeetingsThe Coalition Government's approach to the Third Sector at Voluntary Sector Forum 7pm on 15th June Speaker: Karen Hart, Chair of the Third Sector Alliance. Venue: Waltham Forest Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow. There will also be an update of the Waltham Forest Council's Review of the community and voluntary sector in Waltham Forest. The 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games - and the Voluntary Sector This is open to all members of the voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Waltham Forest. It is an opportunity to meet other members of the VCS, Councillors, and Council officers. There will be a presentation by Andrea Chott who is co-ordinating third sector input into the Olympic Host Boroughs’ Strategic Regeneration Framework. The recently published Strategic Regeneration Framework sets out how the five East London host boroughs intend to work together to tackle the challenges of entrenched disadvantage across the five London host boroughs.
