 Voluntary Action Waltham Forest is providing FREE Support to Groups Wishing to Complete the London Borough of Waltham Forest Certificate of Minimum Standards (CMS)
VAWF has been commissioned by LBWF to encourage and help children and young people organisations; voluntary, private and independent to complete their CMS portfolios and to increase knowledge and understanding
of the CMS.
“It is becoming increasingly important under Safeguarding legislation to ensure that all organisations are delivering a safe service for children, young people and their families.”
The project will be co-ordinated by a project worker experienced in working in the children and young people’s field and qualified in giving advice and support around quality systems and direct support will be provided by two experienced organisational development workers and trained buddies through one to one sessions, surgeries, workshops and training.
