to the accommodation pages, which allow you to access a database of venues
which are available to voluntary and community groups in Waltham Forest
and the surrounding area.
We hope that these pages will eventually list every space, whatever its size, which is available for hire or for use free of charge.
The database is also an opportunity for those who offer space to publicise its availability. Venue owners can enter information about their accommodation, and once the details have been verified they are made publicly available.

We hope that the facility for adding venues information online will mean that the number of spaces registered with us grows rapidly. Please let us know of any venues you are aware of that we have not included and we will try to gather full details about them and include them on the database.
Search by area
On this page you can search the database for venues in a particular area of Waltham Forest. You can also view a full list of properties in the database.

This page allows you to search for venues by both area and the type of space the venue provides.
Search by facilities
This page will list all the facilities, and allow users to search for all the venues in Waltham Forest that have those facilities.

After searching you will get a list of venues that meet your chosen criteria and also show the following venue details: venue type, size, address and access. A link is included to the venue details page. This shows you the full details of a searched venue and has a link to the ‘Multimap’ site to provide its exact location.

Needs analysis survey
We are aware that accommodation is an important issue for voluntary and community groups. Knowing more details about the type and quantity of accommodation required will help us to make the case even more strongly for improved facilities in the borough.
If you need accommodation we encourage you to tell us about it. This will form the start of a ‘need mapping’ exercise.

This page has the latest news about venues and the latest developments about the venues database.
Venue landlords section
Venue owners will be able to enter their details, which will be sent to us for approval and will then be included in the database.
We will seek to ensure that the information in the database is up to date by contacting the venue owners at least every six months.
